Drawing has always played a large part of my artistic expression, but slowly dissipated as I got into an eight year photography career.
I found myself yearning for a slower creative process of expressing what wasn't so apparent in the photographs I was taking. I picked up the pen and began exploring what felt right. I had seen some inspiring tattoo line art back in 2018 and wanted to give it a go myself. I was hooked.
I found as my pen flowed and swirled along the page that I was able to create the energy and feeling I felt I was unable to portray through my previous attempts. I began to make my art digital and found even more opportunities for artistic exploration.
My art is meant to embody the natural energetic flow of life, nature, and the human experience.
I hope my art will help us all feel a little more connected to one another and the world around us.
